Corrections policy and log
We do not hide mistakes: a material correction is made in the text and added to the log with a date, explanation and link to the affected article.
What counts as a material correction
An incorrect benefit condition, telephone number, medical warning, deadline, service status or quotation that could change a reader’s action. We correct it as quickly as possible and explain what changed and why.
What is not logged
Spelling, punctuation, formatting and style improvements that do not change meaning. We do not change an article date merely to make content appear newer.
Correction process
We check the claim against a primary source, correct all three language versions, inspect connected tools or pages, and add a public entry if the change is material. Urgent safety errors take priority.
Public corrections log

No material correction has been registered since the public log was launched. This does not mean content never changes: routine updates appear in the article date, while this log records errors that could have affected understanding or action.
